President and CEO, Convergys
The below is the transcript of the video from SYNNEX Corporation, sent to employees of Convergys Corporation relating to the transaction:
Hi, I’m Chris Caldwell, the President of Concentrix. We are incredibly excited about welcoming you to the team as soon as the transaction closes.
The bench strength of the Convergys staff, the incredible client base, we believe will really help us drive our vision forward at being the greatest customer engagement company in the world.
We’ve been impressed with what we found. We love some of the things you are doing, and think that it really meshes well with some of our investments in RPA, digital, analytics, and including chatbots.
To us, it is about bringing two great teams together to create a real disruptor in the industry. While the transaction isn’t officially closed, and won’t be closed for a number of months, both our teams need to focus on our clients and our staff, to ensure as we come together we are incredibly strong by hitting our numbers and executing flawlessly.
I will get the chance to meet some of you prior to the transaction closing, and I look forward to it, but certainly once the transaction officially closes myself, and my team, and all of the 100,000 Concentrix people around the world will welcome you with open arms.
Thank you so very much.
